Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: HR Operations Officer (Staffing Company)
Location: Dubai

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end HR operations for outsourced employees (white collar and blue collar) while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth manpower operations in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, renewals, transfers, employee relations, and off-boarding of outsourced staff.

  • Act as the direct focal point for clients on day-to-day operational matters.

  • Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

  • Collect and verify timesheets for payroll processing.

  • Monitor payroll coordination and client billing processes.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR Operations within the staffing/manpower outsourcing industry.

  • Mandatory experience in manpower outsourcing sector.

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
