Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS/Payroll systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
