Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (calls, emails)

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in indoor sales / telesales (UAE experience preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong follow-up and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
