Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and partner accounts
- Develop account strategies and sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution success
- Maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives and channel partners
- Develop and execute account plans, including forecasting, pipeline, and revenue growth strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Support post-sales activities, including technical support coordination and ongoing account management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the IT solutions or technology distribution sector.
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of ICT, Networking, ELV, and AV technologies and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Fluent in English
