Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

� Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Mon to Fri, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

A growing real estate company based in Bay Square, Business Bay, is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support its growing sales team.

Role Overview

Hands-on role managing end-to-end lead generation in the Dubai real estate market; campaigns, funnels, tracking, CRM workflows, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat

  • Build project strategies; targeting, budget allocation, flighting, scaling, testing roadmaps

  • Write ad copy; hooks, primary text, headlines, CTAs, compliant positioning

  • Create ad creatives independently using Canva (or equivalent); static, story formats, simple motion

  • Own tracking and attribution; Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, GA4, GTM, UTMs, offline conversions

  • Build and optimize funnels; landing pages, forms, CTAs, WhatsApp flows, remarketing

  • Operate CRM workflows; routing, tagging, segmentation, deduplication, stage progression

  • Manage stages; Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Opportunity → Viewing/Booking

  • Align with sales leadership on qualification criteria; improve lead quality based on outcomes

  • Execute remarketing; support email and SMS nurturing when required

  • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly reporting; CTR, CPL, CPA, cost per qualified lead, viewing/booking rate

  • Ensure compliance, ad account health, and brand guideline adherence


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital lead generation or performance marketing

  • Dubai real estate experience preferred; off-plan/primary market strongly preferred

  • Strong proficiency with major ad platforms, CRM, landing pages, tracking, UTMs, conversion APIs

  • Strong analytics and reporting discipline; English required (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
