Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and optimize operational workflows, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration to enhance overall efficiency.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, creating a positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting fair and equitable practices.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and employee satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and Operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of both areas.
- Demonstrates experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), payroll processing, and benefits administration.
