Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of preparing authentic Pakistani Mutton and Chicken Karahi, ensuring consistent flavor profiles and textures.
  • Source and select the freshest, high-quality ingredients, including specific cuts of meat and aromatic spices, from local suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed recipes and cooking procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards and portion control.
  • Oversee the entire cooking process, from marination to final garnishing, maintaining strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
