Desired Candidate Profile

Elite Presentation: You maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline, embodying the professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort.

Leadership & Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication skills, able to coordinate seamlessly with fellow chefs and front-of-house.

Stability & Integrity: We are seeking professionals who value long-term growth. If you have a history of frequent job-hopping, this role is not for you. Loyalty and consistency are highly prized.

Technical Expertise: You are skilled in bread production, desserts, confectionery, and modern pastry techniques, with the ability to oversee multiple sections and ensure consistency across the bakery and pastry kitchen.

Composure Under Pressure: You can deliver consistently high-quality products during peak service while maintaining calm focus .

Previous experience as a Pastry or Bakery Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie background) in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort.

Advanced knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, ingredient handling, and plating standards.

Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
