Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for a warm, organized, and trustworthy personal assistant to help with day-to-day personal and lifestyle tasks, household coordination, and general support. The role involves helping manage errands, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in daily life. It’s a relaxed, personal role — ideal for someone friendly, easygoing, and reliable who enjoys helping others stay organized and comfortable. Main Responsibilities • Accompany and assist during outings, meetings, or casual travel. • Handle daily errands (groceries, appointments, deliveries, etc.). • Manage personal schedules, reservations, and reminders. • Assist with shopping, organizing wardrobe, and household organization. • Plan small gatherings, dinners, or short trips. • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household staff. • Manage correspondence, calls, and messages. • Track household expenses, bills, and payments. • Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and discretion at all times. • Provide friendly companionship and everyday support.
