Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare customized meals and plan menus to meet family preferences, dietary needs, and luxury standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, manage inventory, and ensure proper food storage and hygiene.
- Source premium ingredients and operate specialized kitchen equipment.
- Assist with private events, formal dinners, and collaborate with household staff for seamless service.
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times while working closely with the family.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a private chef in VIP or UHNWI households.
- Expertise in international and multi-cuisine cooking, including bespoke menus for elite clients.
- Advanced menu planning, fine dining presentation, and personalized meal preparation.
- Ability to cater to dietary restrictions, allergies, and specific family preferences.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen management in luxury households.
- Proficiency in sourcing rare or specialty ingredients and managing high-end kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a private kitchen efficiently.
- Flexible with schedules, including special events, private dinners, or parties.
