Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems and document management tools is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with architectural terminology and project types is preferred
