Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial screenings and interviews
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
Recruitment Process Management
Manage the end-to-end hiring process (sourcing → interview → offer → onboarding)
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand requirements
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
ATS & Reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and joiners
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding updates and feedback
