Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods, providing insightful recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision.
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods, adhering strictly to recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including baking stations, display cases, and customer areas, to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

  • Has experience in the food service industry, preferably in a bakery or cafe setting, demonstrating relevant industry knowledge.
