Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for assigned roles using a variety of search methods and tools to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Manage the HR interview, selection, and closing process for the assigned roles in accordance with DWTC policy and procedures
  • Responsible for handling the onboarding process and ensuring the timely execution and completion of onboarding staff across all levels and entities
  • To support the development and implementation of the talent acquisition, including the effective use of recruitment-related systems, such as career page, ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms with the active participation of wider deliverables of the department KPIs
  • Improves organization attractiveness based on the Internal Audit findings, Internal Client Satisfactions Survey Results, Heads & HR Champion Satisfaction Survey feedback, New Joiners Satisfaction Feedback Summary
  • Support in the departmental reporting requirements which includes recruitment updates to the business units, MDR/SLA, IA, HR PC reporting, and OnDemand updates for key projects
  • To support the key HR projects such as Lami3 hires, Career fairs, mid-probation evaluations etc. as per objectives as and when required
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, supporting the mass recruitment and internship activities, etc.

Operating Environment

  • Office based job; require working longer hours on computer
  • Require attending interviews, Career fairs and Recruitment open days etc within and outside the venue

Desired Candidate Profile

University Degree or equivalent professional qualification such as CHRM, CHRP, CIPD etc.

2-3 years relevant experience in the UAE is preferred

  • Strong people management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to make judgmental and collective decisions
  • Required to provide consultative support to stakeholders
  • Flexibility
  • Relevant trainings on recruitment and selection (Hands on experience administering job portals and professional social networking site)
  • Trained on persuasive communication and presentation skills
