Roles & Responsibilities
� Job Vacancy: 3D Designer We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer to join our team. Responsibilities: Create 3D designs and realistic renderings for interior fit-out projects Develop concepts for residential and commercial spaces Prepare 3D layouts based on client requirements and drawings Coordinate with the design and project team Requirements: Proven experience as a 3D Designer (Interior / Fit-Out) Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD (or similar) Strong sense of design, materials, and lighting Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a 3D Designer in interior fit-out or architectural projects Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software Solid understanding of interior design principles, lighting, materials, and finishes Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renderings Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Experience in UAE fit-out projects is an advantage
