Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of split, window, package, and ducted AC units
Basic refrigerant gas filling, pressure checking, leak detection, and servicing of chillers
Troubleshooting AC and chiller system issues and carrying out preventive maintenance
Basic electrical works (switches, sockets, lights, minor wiring)
Basic plumbing works (leak fixing, fittings, drainage issues) Gypsum, carpentry, and minor civil repair works as required
Responding to breakdown complaints and ensuring timely resolution
Maintaining tools, equipment, and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred.
Minimum 1 years experience as AC Technician / Multi Technician
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and basic chiller operation
Experience in basic gas charging and servicing
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works
Ability to work independently and in a team Physically fit and site-ready
UAE experience preferred
