Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees courteously at the front desk.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain the visitor and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing, courier deliveries, and packages.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide basic company information to visitors and callers.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform relevant staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Support Admin/HR departments with document collection and circulation.
  • Monitor and request restocking of front desk supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-service mindset.
