Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, accurate data entry, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of company information, records, and reports
  • Maintain and update databases, files, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle office administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
  • Support management and team members with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Operator
  • Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in administration or data entry roles
  • Excellent computer literacy with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference
