Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper, to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field, showcasing a foundational understanding of office dynamics.
