Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors (UAE, India, and overseas) for pricing, shipments, and timelines.

• Maintain inventory and expense records using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Support with order fulfilment, courier scheduling, and delivery tracking.

• Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping documentation.

• Handle general admin tasks — scheduling, email coordination, and file management.

• Help prepare for pet events, pop-ups, and expos when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations (retail/e-commerce preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and attention to detail.

• Reliable, efficient, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
