Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes and manage kitchen operations.
Oversee food quality, develop recipes, and manage ingredient inventory.
Use traditional and Indian-Chinese cooking techniques.
Maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 – 3 years in Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisine.
Culinary certification or relevant kitchen experience preferred.
