Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following café standards
Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with stock control and proper storage of coffee ingredients
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred)
Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic brewing methods
Passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment S
Strong communication and teamwork skills
