Bid Manager Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to conduct and coordinate all bidding activities, including but not limited to:

• Lead the end-to-end bidding lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid clarifications.

• Review RFPs and EOIs to assess technical, commercial, contractual, and operational requirements.

• Develop comprehensive Bid Summaries highlighting key assumptions, risks, and commercial positions.

• Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to arrange and conduct site visits.

• Prepare Facility Management technical solutions, including methodologies, mobilization plans, staffing, and service delivery models.

• Prepare Internal costing sheet and client pricing sheet.

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and procurement teams during the bid stage.

• Manage pre-bid meetings, site visits, RFIs, and clarifications in line with tender requirements.

• Support commercial negotiations and value engineering discussions where required.

• Lead and manage the bidding team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, fully compliant submissions.
