Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

> Install BMS field devices, including sensors, actuators, controllers, VAVs, dampers, and control panels.

> Perform cable laying, dressing, labelling, and termination for BMS control and power wiring

> Install control panels, junction boxes, and field devices as per shop drawings

> Terminate BMS panels and field devices following wiring diagrams

> Assist in point-to-point testing and loop checking

> Support commissioning engineers during testing and commissioning activities

> Read and understand BMS drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics

> Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades (HVAC, Electrical, ELV)

>Ensure installation complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations > Report daily work progress and site issues to the supervisor

> Follow HSE rules and maintain safe working practices at the site.
