Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate patient care assignments, ensuring equitable distribution based on acuity and staff skill sets, optimizing patient safety and resource allocation.
  • Act as a clinical resource, providing expert guidance and support to nurses, addressing complex patient needs, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Lead and facilitate rapid response situations and code blues, demonstrating decisive action and proficient clinical skills to stabilize patients and coordinate emergency care.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and mentorship, cultivating a high-performing nursing team committed to excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating professional competence and adherence to nursing standards.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), showcasing a commitment to advanced nursing education and critical thinking skills.
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proven expertise in patient care and nursing practice.
  • Demonstrates experience in a charge nurse or leadership role, indicating leadership qualities, management skills, and decision-making abilities.
