Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Japanese and Asian cuisine. Responsibilities: Manage all kitchen operations Prepare authentic Japanese dishes Develop new menu items Control inventory and manage food costs Train and supervise kitchen staff Maintain health and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a Japanese restaurant In-depth knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
