Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures for cloud and network infrastructure, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Proactively monitor security systems, analyze logs, and respond swiftly to security incidents, minimizing potential damage and downtime.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies, strengthening overall security posture.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and operations, to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Automate security tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other team members on security best practices and incident response procedures.
- Participate in security audits and compliance assessments, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field provides a strong foundation.
- Possession of relevant certifications like CISSP, CCNA Security, or Azure/AWS security certifications demonstrates expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and cloud security roles, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, revealing a deep understanding of data security and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential for collaboration.
- Expertise in network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective identification and resolution of security issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
