Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end HR operations lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Maintain accurate HR databases, trackers, and personnel files in compliance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate background verification (BGV) and statutory documentation.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative and executive support to leadership and HR teams.
Manage calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and internal communications.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Talent Management Support:
Support interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate communication.
Visa & Immigration Processing:
Handle end-to-end UAE visa processing (employment visas, family visas, renewals, cancellations).
Coordinate with PROs, government portals (GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP) and immigration vendors.
Track visa validity, Emirates ID, medicals, and compliance timelines.
Support relocation and joining formalities for new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Consultant – Talent Management to support end-to-end HR operations, administrative functions, and visa/immigration processes for our Dubai operations. This role will act as a key operational partner to business and HR leadership, ensuring seamless people processes and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / Admin / Talent Operations.
Strong experience in UAE visa and immigration processing.
Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP portals.
Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRMS/ATS tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
