Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee records.

  • Maintain accurate HR databases, trackers, and personnel files in compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Coordinate background verification (BGV) and statutory documentation.

  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative and executive support to leadership and HR teams.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and internal communications.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Talent Management Support:

  • Support interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate communication.

Visa & Immigration Processing:

  • Handle end-to-end UAE visa processing (employment visas, family visas, renewals, cancellations).

  • Coordinate with PROs, government portals (GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP) and immigration vendors.

  • Track visa validity, Emirates ID, medicals, and compliance timelines.

  • Support relocation and joining formalities for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Consultant – Talent Management to support end-to-end HR operations, administrative functions, and visa/immigration processes for our Dubai operations. This role will act as a key operational partner to business and HR leadership, ensuring seamless people processes and compliance.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / Admin / Talent Operations.

  • Strong experience in UAE visa and immigration processing.

  • Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP portals.

  • Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRMS/ATS tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
