Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch, using seasonal ingredients to create innovative and flavorful meals.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and adjust recipes based on customer feedback and dietary restrictions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in cooking techniques.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Food safety certification, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Experience working with diverse cuisines, showcasing adaptability and creativity in menu development.
