Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks, professional email correspondence, and data management efficiently. The candidate must be proactive, accurate, and capable of supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently

  • Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents for data entry and record-keeping

  • Draft, format, and respond to professional emails and business correspondence

  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and company records

  • Generate reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required by management

  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect, update, and maintain information

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Assist with general administrative and office support duties

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination when required

  • Support management with documentation, reports, and operational tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administrative Support, or Office Administration

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage

  • Excellent typing speed (40–60+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to draft professional emails, letters, and business documents

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
