Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities between recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance teams
- Receive manpower requirements from clients and coordinate with recruiters for fulfillment
- Track candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and deployment status
- Maintain employee and candidate records (joining documents, ID proofs, contracts)
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and deployment of manpower at client sites
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding workforce status and requirements
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on manpower strength, attrition, and deployments
- Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and shift schedules with site supervisors
- Support payroll inputs, wage calculations, and billing coordination
- Ensure statutory and compliance documentation is collected and updated
- Handle employee queries related to deployment, attendance, and documentation
- Assist department managers with audits, reports, and process improvements
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client SLAs, and labor regulations
