- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community, attending events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the local market to stay informed about market trends and potential deals.
- Provide expert advice on luxury properties to HNIs based on knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Close sales transactions by negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth execution.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in residential sales or related field with a focus on HNI client handling.
- Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high-end clients.
