Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and outlets, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards for safe and efficient power distribution.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, such as pipes, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring proper water flow, drainage, and leak prevention to prevent water damage.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems quickly and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate installations and repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical or plumbing is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Electrician and/or Plumber license is mandatory, demonstrating professional competency and compliance with local regulations.
- Relevant certifications, such as a Journeyman Electrician or Plumbing certification, significantly enhance the candidate's credibility and expertise.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing work, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
