Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents • Prepare detailed BOQs for joinery items • Calculate material, labor, machinery, and overhead costs • Coordinate with procurement for material pricing • Prepare quotations and tender submissions • Assist with value engineering and cost optimization • Support variation pricing and post-contract cost reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in joinery estimation
• Strong understanding of joinery materials and processes
