Roles & Responsibilities

ADMIN & OPERATIONS

Calendar management & scheduling

Email handling, drafting, and follow-ups

Creating agendas, minutes, and summaries

Task coordination, Notion and ClickUp management

Ensuring deadlines are met across departments

Tracking deliverables and sending reminders

Handling documents, files, contracts, and communication logs

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Responding to clients professionally and on time

Coordinating approvals, queries, and updates

Preparing briefs, summaries, and follow-ups

EVENTS & EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION

Attending events with or without the Founder

Managing guest lists, communication, and logistics

Representing the company confidently and professionally

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Ensuring internal team is meeting deadlines

Coordinating across departments

Following up on tasks without hesitation

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of EA / admin experience

UAE-based, on own visa or willing to transfer

No second job

Strong English (written + spoken)

Emotionally mature & confident

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced environment

Dependable and consistent

Enjoys learning and growing

Professional boundaries + respectful personality

Can work hybrid (remote + attend events)
