Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings with stakeholders while ensuring optimal time management for executives.
- Prepare detailed agendas and minutes for meetings, capturing essential discussions and action items for follow-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external parties, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Conduct thorough research and compile data for presentations and reports, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, providing a solid foundation in organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of supporting senior executives.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Senior Management Personnel like Managing Director, CEO or Board Members
Proven experience in managing and booking international travels and accommodation
Certification in office management or executive assistance, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
Proficient in MS Office like Excel, Words, PPT & Outlook
Experience in corporate environments, particularly in manufacturing sectors, aligning with industry standards.
