Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive secretary to the Chairman.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and organizing files, both electronic and physical.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
