We are searching for ambitious and disciplined EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEFS to join the flagship culinary team for the UAE s first-ever integrated casino resort. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). We are looking for seasoned culinary leaders who bring vision, precision, and the ability to inspire teams, understanding that in a luxury environment, every plate is a performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Operational Leadership: You have proven experience managing large, high-volume kitchens, ensuring consistency across multiple outlets while upholding 5-star luxury standards.
Strategic Culinary Oversight: Skilled in menu development, cost control, and kitchen operations, you balance creativity with efficiency to deliver exceptional results.
Mentorship & Team Development: Fluent in English with strong communication skills, you are able to train, guide, and motivate junior chefs, fostering a culture of discipline and excellence.
Commitment & Integrity: We are seeking professionals who value long-term growth. Loyalty, consistency, and ethical leadership are highly prized.
Resilience Under Pressure: You remain composed and decisive during peak service, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
Global Perspective: Exposure to international fine-dining or luxury resort environments, with adaptability to diverse culinary influences, is a significant advantage.
Certificate/diploma in culinary arts from a recognized institution.
Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef (or strong Senior Sous Chef background) in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort.
Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
