Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Service Activities (80%) • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Robatech systems at customer sites. • Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime. • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective onsite solutions. • Support customers with operational guidance and basic training. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service procedures. • Identify opportunities to generate spare parts and service revenue during service visits. • Prepare service reports, visit documentation, and job closures. Commercial & Administrative Activities (20%) • Maintain accurate service records and customer history. • Update Customer Assets Information • Prepare quote and follow-up for order and payment. • Inventory maintenance and packaging • Import shipment handling and clearance procedure
Desired Candidate Profile
• Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline. • 2–3 years of experience in field service / industrial equipment service (preferred). • Valid UAE Driving License – first preference. • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on technical capability. • Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals. • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach. • Willingness to travel across UAE and GCC, if required.
