Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and authenticity

  • Drive menu development, recipe standardization, and food cost control

  • Oversee kitchen staffing, training, and performance management

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships

  • Collaborate closely with management to uphold brand standards and performance targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine

  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills

  • Experience operating within the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred

  • Ability to manage high-volume operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
