Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience in construction.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and accuracy in documentation.

  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company culture.

  • Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, while providing guidance on available options.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid educational foundation for HR practices.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing hands-on knowledge of HR processes and procedures in construction filed.

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the HR field.

  • Experience in construction on a fast-paced corporate environment, indicating adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently .
