Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, documentation, employee records).
- Assist in recruitment activities, scheduling interviews & coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain HRMS data and ensure accuracy in employee files.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks and approvals.
- Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.
- Assist HR Manager with travel coordination, meetings & admin tasks (if required).
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of HR processes & UAE labour laws (basic knowledge).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle urgent tasks.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
