Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, documentation, employee records).
  • Assist in recruitment activities, scheduling interviews & coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain HRMS data and ensure accuracy in employee files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks and approvals.
  • Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.
  • Assist HR Manager with travel coordination, meetings & admin tasks (if required).

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of HR processes & UAE labour laws (basic knowledge).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle urgent tasks.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
