Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain employee records in both hard copy and soft copy formats
  • Handle the issuance/renewal of the Trade license for the company
  • Manage the employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities
  • Ensure all visas, medical, Emirate ID, permits, company documents, and licenses are up to date and arrange timely renewal
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to a resolution
  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Manage the Payroll of employees
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters
  • Facilitate the annual leave, salary, and tickets as per the UAE Law
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
  • Calculate and process final settlements to the employees, adhering to the UAE Law
  • Facilitate the Final settlements/end-of-service processes with the Finance
  • Knowledge of medical insurance (inception, addition, deletion, and claims), workers compensation, vehicle registration, and Salik
  • Initiate and coordinate the team-building process
Requirements:
  • Well-versed with the UAE Labor Law
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
