Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain employee records in both hard copy and soft copy formats
- Handle the issuance/renewal of the Trade license for the company
- Manage the employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities
- Ensure all visas, medical, Emirate ID, permits, company documents, and licenses are up to date and arrange timely renewal
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to a resolution
- Manage recruitment processes
- Manage the Payroll of employees
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters
- Facilitate the annual leave, salary, and tickets as per the UAE Law
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
- Calculate and process final settlements to the employees, adhering to the UAE Law
- Facilitate the Final settlements/end-of-service processes with the Finance
- Knowledge of medical insurance (inception, addition, deletion, and claims), workers compensation, vehicle registration, and Salik
- Initiate and coordinate the team-building process
- Well-versed with the UAE Labor Law
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
