Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for frontline, supervisory, and managerial roles High-volume hiring for Retail, Hospitality (F&B), and Beauty & Wellness sectors Sourcing and screening European and Middle Eastern candidates Onboarding, induction, and probation management Employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visas, and MOHRE requirements Performance management, KPI setting, and annual appraisals Policy development, SOP implementation, and HR compliance audits HR reporting, headcount planning, and manpower forecasting

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 6+ years of HR experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or Beauty & Wellness European and Middle Eastern candidates preferred with UAE market experience Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and HR best practices Experience managing multi-location / multi-outlet businesses Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Salary & Benefits: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (all-inclusive package) Benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law
