Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To provide support with the day-to-day implementation of the requirements of the HSE management system as:

  • Implement, supervise and improve the HSE system.
  • Deploy and maintain the Safran Group HSE standards.
  • Analysis of performance indicators for HSE practices and define objectives.
  • Communicate KPIs to relevant employees.
  • Raise site employee's awareness by passing on Safran Group HSE principles and objectives.
  • Organize HSE related events.
  • Ensure the conformity of the site regarding local HSE requirements.
  • Communicate with others sites of the division in order to share good practices.
  • Lead projects to reduce site carbon footprint.
  • Improve energy & water site consumption.
  • Support HSE trainings needs then plan them.
  • Deliver HSE trainings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Having knowledge of environmental, safety and ergonomics processes.

Knowledge of using HSE Management systems in a manufacturing environment.

Able to complete and understand risk assessment processes.

Able to work individually, part of a team and have good influencing skills.

Ideally qualified in HSE processes and methodology.
