Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Supervise joinery and carpentry works at site and workshop Manage carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors Read and execute work as per approved shop drawings and specifications Ensure quality standards and finishing requirements are met Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors Plan manpower, materials, and tools efficiently Monitor work progress and meet project timelines Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements Handle site coordination, inspections, and snag clearance
Desired Candidate Profile
7 to 10 years of experience as Joinery Foreman / Carpentry Foreman / Supervisor Strong experience in interior fit-out joinery carpenter works (custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall panels, etc.) Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory Ability to manage teams and deliver quality work Good understanding of joinery drawings and materials Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Immediate joiners preferred
