Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes meet the quality standards set by SOP.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Help with inventory management by tracking ingredient levels and notifying the head when supplies need replenishing.
Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for daily specials or seasonal offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
A culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in diverse international cuisine is an advantage.
Strong passion for cooking with a willingness to learn new culinary techniques and industry trends.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.
