Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with ingredient preparation – measuring, weighing, roasting, and organizing raw materials.
Help in mixing batches of bar mixture using stand mixers and following recipes accurately.
Support baking and cooling processes – transferring trays, monitoring timers, and ensuring consistency.
Assist with cutting and portioning bars using trays/molds and cutters.
Help with packing bars into pouches and cartons, ensuring correct labeling and sealing.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, following food safety and HACCP standards.
Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen tools, trays, and equipment after use.
Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor/Founder to meet daily production targets.
Carry out other general kitchen duties as required (stocking ingredients, waste segregation, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or food production unit preferred (not mandatory).
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Physically fit to handle lifting, carrying, and standing for 9 to 10 hours.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
