Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols to maintain patient safety.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, utilizing critical thinking to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, sharing vital information and advocating for patients’ needs.
- Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques are maintained and patients are comfortable throughout the process.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
- Valid nursing license in the respective country, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards and legal requirements.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), essential for emergency preparedness.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, enabling effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus to cater to diverse patient populations.
