Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, focusing on both brand awareness and direct response objectives.
  • Craft compelling and visually stunning content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to resonate with diverse target audiences across Meta platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and analysis to identify optimal targeting strategies and refine creative approaches.

Desired Candidate Profile

What I’m Looking For * * Female, full-time availability * * Ideally Own car + valid driver’s license * * Flexible schedule (real estate hours can vary, some weekends, some lighter weeks) * * VERY Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality * * Creative eye for aesthetics, luxury branding, and social-media-friendly visuals * * Experience filming and editing videos (vlogs, real estate, lifestyle, or similar) * * Someone trustworthy, proactive, and easy-going, who can adapt quickly and confidently * * OWN VISA (I will provide a visa after 3 months probation period)
